Auto Body Technician (Buffing / Detail / Tear Down & Reassembly)

We’re a small, family-owned shop that takes pride in doing things the right way—and enjoying the work while we do it. We’re looking for an experienced technician who cares about quality, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a team that actually gets along.
This role is primarily focused on nib and buffing, polishing, and final-stage detailing, with some tear down and reassembly work as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Nib and buff, polish, and refine paintwork to a high-quality finish
- Perform final detailing before vehicles go back to customers
- Assist with tear downs and reassembly
- Help keep the shop clean, organized, and running smoothly—we all pitch in
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience required (buffing, polishing, or auto body work)
- Someone who can step in and produce quality work with minimal training
- Strong attention to detail and pride in the finished product
- Reliable, easy to work with, and team-oriented
- Valid driver’s license
Pay & Benefits:
- $16–$20/hour based on experience and proof of work
