POSITION TITLE: Lead, Repair
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Responsible for leading the Repair team to ensure product quality through testing, troubleshooting, and repairing notebooks and servers. Provides guidance, oversight, and technical expertise to the team while coordinating with Engineering and Quality Management to resolve complex issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead, mentor, and supervise the Repair team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Oversee testing and diagnostics of notebooks and servers.

Coordinate repair activities, including part replacement and troubleshooting technical issues.

Review and validate repair documentation and communicate critical issues to Engineering and Quality Management.

Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and support skill development.

Collect and analyze repair data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.

Assist in planning and prioritizing workloads, resources, and projects to meet deadlines.

Serve as the point of contact for escalated technical issues within the Repair team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1–2 years of technical repair experience, preferably with notebooks and servers.

Experience in troubleshooting and testing electromechanical assemblies.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred.

Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a technical or repair environment.
