Job Description:
As a Parts Counter Sales Associate, you will assist technicians and customers in purchasing needed parts and supplies for their vehicles. The ideal candidate will have Parts Counter experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with service technicians and retail customers alike
Sell parts to meet monthly forecasts
Increase our sales and inventory in the parts department
Sell to customers at Parts Counter – Good Customer Service skills required
Issue parts and accessories to technicians from the parts counter
Utilize the phone and internet to source the best prices for parts
Provide delivery service of orders using parts vehicle
Display seasonal parts and accessories in an attractive manner
Control files, reference books, and other paperwork at the parts counter
Maintain customer back order file
Maintain master parts and price book
Receive original and duplicate copies of repair orders and place in order file
Perform daily housekeeping and maintain a neat, safe and efficient department

Job Requirements:
2 years of previous Parts Department experience is preferred
We’re looking for a “People Person” with a friendly personality and positive attitude
Willing to be cross trained in service is a plus
Must have a professional, well-groomed appearance
Must have computer proficiency
Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintain a high level of customer service
Valid Driver’s license and good driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
