Shift: 3pm-11pm Monday thru Friday.
Heart of Gold Inc. is seeking a dedicated House Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential home serving two individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day management of the home, ensuring a safe, clean, and supportive environment
- Supervise, schedule, and support direct care staff
- Coordinate medical, dental, and therapy appointments and follow up on care recommendations
- Ensure healthy, balanced meals that meet dietary and medical needs
- Oversee implementation of Individualized Support Plans (ISPs)
- Support individuals with daily living needs and community participation
- Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with families and care teams
Qualifications
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Supervisory or house management experience preferred
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Certified Medication Technician certification (CMT)
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
