We are seeking a full-time Practice Manager to join our team.
In this position, you will:

Direct, supervise, and coordinate daily operations of the department

Provide leadership to and supervision of the clinic staff

Facilitate the delivery of excellent patient care

Oversee staff training and ongoing competency assessment

Oversee scheduling procedures to ensure appropriate patient experience

Prepare and manage capital and operating budgets
-
Collaborate as an integral member of the WMC Leadership Team

Participate in professional development activities and meetings as required

Minimum Requirements:

Previous healthcare management experience strongly preferred

Basic working knowledge of healthcare terminology and industry
