Holiday Health Care is hiring a Speech Therapist to join The Heritage Center and Horizons Rehabilitation team! Based on the north side of Evansville, our home health and rehabilitation services support patients in Vanderburgh, Warrick, Dubois, Gibson, Perry, Spencer, Pike, and Posey counties.
In this role, you’ll provide Speech Therapy services tailored to each patient's treatment plan in line with our mission to deliver compassionate, high-quality care. Work in a variety of settings, including rehabilitation facilities, retirement and nursing homes, and in-home care environments.

Responsibilities

Deliver individualized speech therapy services as prescribed in treatment plans.

Implement and monitor therapy procedures to help patients achieve their goals.

Travel to patients in rehabilitation facilities, nursing homes, or their homes.

Maintain accurate records and comply with agency policies and care standards.
Qualifications

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.

At least 1 year of supervised experience working with adult patients.

Active Indiana Speech-Language Pathology License.

Membership and certification from ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) (preferred).

Valid driver’s license and reliable auto insurance for travel to patient locations.
