We are seeking Line/Prep.Cook for our growing and dynamic eating disorders treatment program in North Palm Beach, FL. This position works closely with our onsite Chef and collaborates with the Nutrition Director on the development and implementation of weekly menus. Daily teamwork with registered dietitians and other staff is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety in food preparation and handling.
- Serving a population representing diverse food cultures.
- Purchasing and planning meals within the facility's budget.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must have or obtain ServSafe certification as part of the hiring process.
- Must be AHCA eligible and pass a Level 2 background screening.
- Experience working in healthcare is required.
