Job Summary
Lundgren Subaru of Bennington is now hiring a Service BDC Representative to handle customer inquiries and schedule service appointments. We are looking for someone with a great phone manner who can deliver a 110% customer experience. Positive attitude and exceptional phone skills are a must.
What You’ll Do:
- Inbound Calls: Handle high-volume inbound service calls with a positive attitude.
- Outbound Calls: Proactively call clients to schedule recalls, maintenance, and follow-ups.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule service appointments for customers in VinSolutions, Care Connect and Subaru.
- Customer Care: Follow up with "no-show" appointments, or declined services and conduct service CSI follow-ups.
- CRM Tracking: Log all customer interactions accurately in our system.
What We Are Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in customer service, call centers, or automotive BDC.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily/monthly goals.
- Highly organized and dependable.
- A desire to work as a team and help promote dealership growth and excellence.
