We are looking for a sharp, dependable professional with 2-3+ years of experience in administrative support, executive assistance, or operations coordination. While technical expertise is not required, proficiency in standard productivity tools (such as Google Workspace, Excel, and Slack) is essential, along with a willingness to adopt modern tools to streamline messy workflows. The successful candidate must bring a strong sense of accountability, sharp situational awareness, and exceptional problem-solving skills to the team.
