We are hiring immediately for an Enrollment Specialist in our Vienna, VA office. Please only apply if you can be here daily.
This is a full-time opportunity to begin a long-term career in the health insurance industry. No prior insurance experience is required. Training is provided, along with ongoing support, coaching, and professional development.
The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and enjoys helping individuals understand their healthcare coverage options. This position requires working from our Vienna, VA office on a full-time basis.
Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 1st year
Compensation is performance-based and includes commissions and incentives. Actual earnings vary based on individual performance and licensing status.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with prospective clients through phone calls and follow-up conversations
- Provide clear and accurate information regarding available health coverage options
- Assist individuals through the enrollment and application process
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Deliver responsive and professional customer service
- Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and skill development
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Follow company policies and applicable insurance regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with effective time management skills
- Comfortable working in a structured, client-focused environment
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to obtain a Health & Life Insurance License (licensing assistance available)
- Ability to work full-time from our Vienna, VA office
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Sales or retail experience
- Healthcare or insurance experience
- Experience working directly with clients
