Responsibilities
- Provide Heartfelt Care: Oversee assessments, treatment plans, and daily nursing care.
- Collaborate: Partner closely with physicians, specialists, and residents' loved ones.
- Monitor: Track resident symptoms and maintain accurate medical records.
- Support: Provide vital clinical guidance and emotional comfort to residents and their loved ones.
Qualifications
- Active NYS RN License (Required).
- Nursing experience preferred; familiarity with NYS DOH regulations.
- A dependable, reliable teammate with strong critical thinking skills.
