Job Title: Order Selector
Pay: $18/hr
Shift: 11AM-8PM Monday-Friday (with some weekends as needed)
Job Summary: The Order Selector is responsible for accurately selecting, picking, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role ensures products are picked according to order specifications, safely handled, and delivered to the shipping department on time while maintaining productivity and accuracy standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders using pick lists, handheld scanners, or warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Verify item numbers, quantities, and product quality to ensure order accuracy.
- Build and wrap pallets for safe transport.
- Label completed orders to customer specifications and prepare them for shipping.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or order pickers (if certified).
- Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting damaged or missing items.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and company policies.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Meet productivity, quality, and accuracy goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Load and Unload trucks as needed
Pay: $18.00 per hour
