We are looking for someone who has experience or is looking to gain experience with Japanese cuisine and sushi. No experience is needed. We are currently looking for someone who can work 3 full days of the week. Friday, Saturday, and Monday.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sushi and other Japanese dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi station and kitchen area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely food service
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not necessary.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Pay: $15.00 ~ $17.00
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
