Position: Metal Shop Worker
We are looking for a motivated and trainable individual to join our metal fabrication shop. No prior experience is required — we will provide full training to ensure you can confidently perform all necessary tasks. Our shop offers a variety of responsibilities related to working with metal, and you will have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills in a hands-on environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with various metalworking tasks, including cutting, shaping, and finishing
- Operate shop tools and equipment after training
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects efficiently
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills
- Fundamental knowledge of geometry and mathematics
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to react quickly and adapt to different tasks
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
