Job Description:
Pick up and deliver from various DCs in the region (IN, OH and KY), mainly OH.
*Runs will include driving evenings, weekends, and holidays that fall within your workweek. The week before a holiday is also mandatory*

- Schedule Info: Start time will be either 11am or noon depending on availability. 2 full non-weekend days off.
- All new drivers should expect to work weekends
- For Monroe, dry van trailers utilized, 70% drop and hook and 30% unloaded from trailer into back room of stores using electric pallet jacks. (Single stop loads are drop and hook / Multi stop loads are partial unloads where the stops are off loaded by the driver and the last stop of the load is Drop and Hook)
- Monroe will operate seven days a week, mainly during the afternoon-evening hours, and drivers start times are assigned and vary
- Drivers are required to shift between site locations from time to time to haul either reefer or dry van freight.
Drivers average 3 – 5 loads per day with an average of 5 – 7 stops and around 200 – 300 miles a day.
Drivers are averaging 1000 – 1500 Miles per week.
Drivers will be home daily and will slip seat day cab trucks.
Paid vacation is also included and start after the first year on account. Vacation will payout based on drivers 52-week average
To give you the best possible driving experience, the distribution center includes on-site staff during working hours.
If you choose to join the team, you’ll go through a short training to help get you started on the right foot. And you’ll get paid to do it. You’ll do ride-along training at $100 per day.

Job Requirements:
Requires a MINIMUM of 3 months OTR CDL-A experience, an acceptable MVR and background reports. Must reside within 45 minutes of Monroe, OH.
Wage Range: 1400.00 - 1800.00 per week
