Job Summary
Craft Lounge in Caldwell is looking for a full-time bartender to join our team. We are a restaurant and bar with a strong craft cocktail program, focused on quality ingredients, creativity, and great hospitality. Weekend availability is required. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and is interested in learning and creating craft cocktails while providing a great experience for our guests.
Ideal candidates have a positive attitude, strong guest service skills, and a team-focused mindset. Bartending experience is preferred, but a willingness to learn our cocktail program, food menu, and ingredients is just as important. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to keep the bar fully equipped during shifts
- Collaborate with team members across food service, catering, or banquet events to deliver seamless service
Experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with Toast POS systems.
- Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and responsible alcohol service practices
- Experience with food handling, serving alcohol responsibly, and managing multiple orders efficiently
- Familiarity with food industry standards related to hospitality
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in busy environments
