We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and take their food and drink orders
- Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional products
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Operate the POS system to process orders and payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitize dining areas
- Assist in bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
- Build rapport with customers to enhance guest relations
Requirements
- Prior experience in the culinary or food service industry is preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
- Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with cash register operations
- Excellent guest relations skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
