Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our customer's grounds, facilities, and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be proficient in various landscaping tasks. This position requires a hands-on approach to maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of outdoor spaces.
Duties
- Perform weekly landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, and seasonal cleanups.
- Utilize stand on mowers, push mowers, and hand tools effectively for various maintenance activities.
- Conduct groundskeeping duties to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of the property.
- Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Experience
- 1-2 years of experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred.
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate basic landscaping equipment and hand tools safely and effectively.
A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
Requirments
- Drivers License
- At least 1 year of landscaping expierence
