Progress Inc. is searching for Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants / CNAs to assist seniors in their home in the Murfreesboro area with personal care and homemaker duties.
- Positions begin Part-Time and can transition into Full-Time
- M-F (weekday) shifts occur between 3p - 10. Weekend shifts occur between hours of 9a-3p, 7:30a-2:30p or 3p-10p.
- Flexible Scheduling: some assignments have flexibility when they can begin. Most shifts are 4-6 hours for a total of about 25 hours per week
Duties:
- Assist seniors with activities of daily living / personal care as needed
- Performing light cleaning duties
- Basic meal preparation
- Medication reminders
- Meeting potential new clients and family
- Having conversation
- Assist with simple errands occaisonally
Requirements:
- Must be able to complete approximately 15 hours of paid pre-service training
- Must be at least 20 years old
- Must have a valid driver's license, valid insurance and reliable vehicle
- Must be available to be on-call to work two weekends per month
- Must not be listed on registries reporting any form of fraud or abuse
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.70 - $16.25 per hour
