Right at Home Waukesha/West Allis is hiring experienced Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), Personal Care Assistants (PCAs), and Home Care Aides to provide one-on-one in-home care for a client in Muskego, WI.
We're immediately hiring caregivers for a temporary high-hour case beginning July 30, with the possibility of continuing beyond the initial assignment.
Available Shifts
- Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Overnight Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Caregiver / Personal Care Worker (PCW): $16.00–$18.00/hour
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): $17.00–$19.00/hour

Caregiver Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or PCA, you will:
- Provide one-on-one personal care in the client's home
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene
- Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Offer medication reminders
- Transport the client to appointments or errands when needed
- Communicate client updates with our office team
Caregiver Qualifications
To best serve our clients, applicants must have:
- At least 1 year of professional hands-on caregiving experience
- CNA, HHA, PCA, Home Care Aide, or similar caregiving experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug screening
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
