Ambo Properties is seeking a Full-Time Leasing & Social Media Consultant to join our team! We're looking for energetic, customer-focused professionals who enjoy building relationships, creating engaging social media content, and helping people find their next home.

Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents, current residents, and visitors with a friendly, professional attitude.
- Provide property tours and information on available apartment homes.
- Match prospective residents' needs and budgets with available apartments.
- Ensure model apartments and vacant units are clean, fresh, and ready to show.
- Manage and maintain daily social media activity, including scheduled posts and community engagement.
- Creating social media , promotional materials, resident events, and local marketing initiatives.
- Conduct background and credit checks as directed by the Leasing Manager.
- Prepare lease agreements for review and approval and obtain required signatures.
- Coordinate move-in dates and prepare move-in packets and materials.
- Maintain and manage waiting lists as needed.
- Perform daily property inspections to ensure the community remains clean, attractive, and well-maintained.
- Assist with managing shared amenities such as fitness centers, recreation areas, and community spaces.
- Support administrative tasks, including recordkeeping, filing, bookkeeping, and other office duties.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of apartment leasing experience required.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with the ability to make others feel welcome.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work at multiple properties when needed.
- OneSite experience is a plus, but not required.
