What you’ll bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure
- Experience with pediatric populations in early childhood or school settings
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers
- Commitment to inclusive, student-centered care
- Previous school-based SLP experience is a plus
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and screenings for K–12 students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Offer guidance to teachers and families on communication strategies
