Enterprise Charter School (ECS) Overview:
Enterprise is a public charter school in Buffalo, New York educating children in kindergarten through eighth grade. Founded in 2003, ECS is committed to "Engaging young minds through projects and partnerships."
We pursue our mission through our Charter's key design elements, with our primary focus on highly engaging project-based learning, comprehensive arts education, and individualized instruction for enrichment and acceleration. Enterprise Charter School is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill our School Social Worker position for grades K-8 for the 2026/2027 school year. Candidates must be New York State certified in Social Work. Preference given to those candidates that hold a Licensed Clinical Social Work Certification (LCSW).

DUTIES:
Duties include, but are not limited to, establishing an environment to enhance individual growth and promote a positive self-image; processing and facilitating on-going services for students with disabilities and their families; social skill development and educational opportunities. The social worker will work individually or in groups with students in need of mandated support services and counseling and offer strategies and support to parents.
Enterprise Charter School offers a competitive salary, health benefits and is a member of the NYS Teacher Retirement System. Position starts at $55,000 higher rate based on certifications and experience.
