At Covenant Apex Solutions, we work alongside AT&T to deliver exceptional retail experiences for customers across Austin. We're hiring a Retail Customer Service Representative to be the face of that experience, someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
This is a fully in-person, full-time role with base pay plus commission, so your earnings reflect the quality of service and results you deliver.
What You'll Do:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers at AT&T retail events and locations, guiding them through product options, plans, and promotions
- Help customers navigate device upgrades, trade-in programs, and new activations in a clear and approachable way
- Accurately process customer transactions using AT&T retail systems while maintaining compliance
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently, escalating to leadership when needed
- Support store merchandising, product displays, and promotional setups to ensure a welcoming retail environment
- Consistently deliver a high-quality experience that drives customer satisfaction and repeat business
What We're Looking For:
- Genuinely customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable in a retail or event-based in-person environment — this is not a remote or call center role
- Able to stay organized, manage multiple customer interactions, and perform under pressure
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be available for a full-time in-person schedule in the Austin area
