Daytime Cleaning Team Member Needed
About Us: Clean Right Co is a Spokane-based cleaning company with nearly 25 years in business. We are a small company, and we treat our staff like family!
Compensation: $18.50/hr to start with weekly pay. 20-30+ hours per week, NO WEEKENDS!
Benefits:
- Paid Holidays (Memorial Day, Labor Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas). Must work an average of 25 hours per week and be with the company for 90 days to get paid holidays.
- Earn 1 Hour of PTO for every 40 Hours Worked with no limit, available to use after 90 days.
- Retirement Plan Contribution also available after 90 days. Eligibility requirements must be met.
Schedule:
- Access your schedule online or by app.
- Shift times range, depending on the day and week, with the earliest start time being 6:30 am and the latest end time being 5 pm.
- Interested applicants must be available to work within those time frames on any given day (M-F), as schedules vary daily depending on the homes/businesses to be cleaned that day.
Responsibilities:
- You will be working in a crew of 2 or more and will be riding in company vehicles daily.
- We provide all cleaning supplies, equipment, PPE, shirts, and aprons.
- The position entails cleaning homes and businesses, using Clean Right Co's proven procedure of cleaning and organization, with timeliness and in a team of professionals.
Requirements:
- You must be able to stay busy, stay positive, and mesh well with others. We work in teams of 2 or more, and you will never be sent to sites alone because Safety is our priority!
