We are seeking an experienced Operations Technology Professional (OTP Pro / OTP3) to support technology operations across four quick service restaurants in Northern Florida.
This is a specialized restaurant technology position for someone who understands the technology environment and can independently troubleshoot, maintain, upgrade, and support restaurant technology in a multi unit operation.
What You’ll Do
- Provide hands on technology support across four restaurant locations
- Troubleshoot and repair restaurant technology issues both on site and remotely
- Maintain and support POS systems, restaurant computers, servers, networking equipment, printers, kiosks, and other restaurant technology
- Perform approved technology installations, equipment replacements, system upgrades, and operating system updates
- Identify technology issues quickly and minimize restaurant downtime
- Work directly with restaurant management and crew to diagnose problems and implement solutions
- Maintain technology equipment and ensure systems are functioning properly
- Support new technology deployments and equipment installations
- Communicate clearly with restaurant leadership regarding technology issues, repairs, upgrades, and equipment needs
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, installations, and technology changes
- Provide guidance and training to restaurant teams when needed
- Travel between four restaurant locations throughout the Northern Florida market
What We’re Looking For
Required
- Current or previous Operations Technology Professional (OTP Pro / OTP3) experience
- Strong hands on knowledge of restaurant technology
- Experience troubleshooting restaurant hardware, software, POS, networking, and related systems
- Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technology problems
- Experience supporting multiple restaurant locations strongly preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple locations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel between restaurant locations
- Availability to respond to occasional urgent technology issues outside normal business hours
