Responsibilities

- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute outreach strategies that boost customer engagement
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions promptly and professionally
- Maintain a strong understanding of our technology sales offerings to communicate value clearly
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B (business-to-business) sales or inside sales roles preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques and outbound calling strategies
- Experience working with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Background in technology or technical sales is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach
