What You'll Do
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and reassessments
- Develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise, mentor, and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Provide parent and caregiver training
- Conduct in-home supervision and treatment modifications
- Monitor client progress and update clinical programming
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
- Ensure documentation complies with BACB, insurance, and state requirements
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
What We're Looking For
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
- Experience providing ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) preferred
- Reliable transportation for travel to client homes throughout the Atlanta area
- Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills
- Passion for ethical, compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy
