Hiring Sales Manager

- If you're a passionate individual with a desire to lead, we want you to join our team.
- Your primary responsibility will be to qualify, identify and close new sales leads through canvassing qualified neighborhoods, referrals, networking and social media channels.
- You'll be required to maintain a high level of trustworthiness and integrity .
- In addition to your sales duties, you'll also be required to conduct exterior property inspections for wind and hail damage, which will be converted into a viable claim filed and signed contract.

Charlotte Branch manager comp
$1,000/weekly training pay for 12 weeks
50% commission split
10% office fee
Bring new sales reps in at 30% and he can make the difference up to 45% on his guys.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
- Roofing: 1 year (Required)
- Sales: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
