Responsibilities
- Being an HR "Hands On" Leader.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and promote a high-performance culture.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing sourcing channels, conducting interviews, and overseeing onboarding processes to attract top talent.
- Administer employee orientation programs, performance evaluations, and training initiatives to enhance workforce skills and engagement.
- Manage benefits administration and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data entry to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution, and fostering open communication across teams.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with employment laws such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), and workers' compensation policies.
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years Human Resources Management experience.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficient understanding of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and regulatory frameworks affecting the workplace.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems; skilled in Excel spreadsheets, workdata analysis for reporting purposes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly while fostering positive employee relations.
- Proven expertise in performance management, training & development programs, benefits administration, and workforce planning.
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively for data collection, reporting, and strategic planning purposes.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
