We are hiring Field Representatives to generate roofing leads in storm-affected areas. Your role is to speak with homeowners, schedule roof inspection appointments, and support our sales team in securing signed contingency agreements.

Responsibilities
- Speak with homeowners about recent storms and potential roof damage
- Schedule roof inspection appointments
- Submit lead information daily
- Follow company scripts and tracking process
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
Compensation
- Commission-based compensation
- Earn $50 per qualified lead
- Paid in 10-lead increments ($500 per 10 confirmed leads)
- After 1–2 months, compensation increases to a percentage-based structure
- High performers have strong earning potential
