The Quality Coordinator will work very closely with the Quality Department and other key stakeholder teams in quality improvement initiatives that support our strategy to deliver high-quality, safe patient care, and achieve performance excellence.

Knowledge of quality and performance improvement methodologies, evidencebased patient safety practices, outcomes management, and regulatory environments.

Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficiency with computers and related software applications.

Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships across departments.

Skilled in data collection, abstraction, analysis, and report preparation.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Minimum of three (3) years of related healthcare experience in quality improvement, clinical data abstraction, reporting, or patient safety

RN license with a bachelor’s degree in nursing

Experience with event reporting review, chart abstraction and/or process improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
