We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team at McCormick Assisted Living. This role is ideal for a nurse leader who is passionate about resident-directed care, staff development, and supporting clinical excellence.

Partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee daily nursing operations

Support compliance with state regulations and company policies

Provide leadership, guidance, and clinical support to nursing staff

Assist with resident assessments, service planning, and care coordination

Help recruit, train, and mentor nursing team members

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits

Serve as DON designee when needed

Active RN license in WI (required)

Assisted living, long-term care, or senior living experience preferred

Prior leadership or supervisory experience (preferred)
