Construction Laborer – Concrete Repair & Marine Work
We are seeking dependable construction laborers for multiple projects in Hillsborough County, Florida. This is a full-time, hands-on position involving concrete repair and shoreline construction.
Job Duties:
- Perform basic concrete repairs on platforms and other structures
- Assist with forming, mixing, placing, and finishing concrete
- Assist with gabion mattress installation along riverbanks
- Operate common hand and power tools
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work near or over water when required
Preferred Qualifications:
- General construction, concrete, carpentry, or formwork experience
- Familiarity with common construction tools
- Comfortable working outdoors, near water, and in Florida weather
- Dependable transportation and consistent attendance
- Ability to follow directions and work safely as part of a crew
- Willingness to perform physically demanding work
Experience is preferred but not required for dependable candidates who are willing to learn.
