ABOUT THIS ROLE
This is a hybrid opportunity designed with growth in mind.
Phase 1 — Spa Concierge (Immediate): You'll work 20–25 hours per week at the front desk, Monday, Wednesday, every other Friday, and one Saturday per month.
Phase 2 — Esthetician (Upon Licensure): If you're currently enrolled in esthetician school, our hope is that once you complete your program, we can expand your role to include 1–2 treatment days per week — pending a treatment room evaluation and mutual fit. This is an opportunity to grow with us from the ground up.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Among other things, your responsibilities will include:
- Opening and closing the spa
- Welcoming clients and checking them in and out of their services
- Answering phones and messages to book appointments and handle patient requests
- Preparing patient charts
- Performing various administrative tasks such as ordering inventory, reporting Ohio sales tax, pulling reports, and managing the monthly membership clients
- Keeping the spa clean and orderly
- Maintaining relationships with clients via thank you cards and other touchpoints
- Assisting with social media management

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an aesthetician program (strongly preferred)
- Able to use social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram

- $15/hour starting rate, plus performance bonuses based on KPIs

SCHEDULE
