Job Title: Women's Clothing Boutique Warehouse Associate (Shipping Department/Packing)
Job Description: We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate (In the Shipping Department), you will be responsible for various tasks related to shipping, order fulfillment, labeling, and general housekeeping. The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying focused, and a strong work ethic. This position offers hours from approx: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
- Shipping: Ensure accurate and timely shipment of orders
- Pulling and packing orders: Retrieve items from the inventory and pack them securely for shipment
- Use Verify to Ship technology
- Follow step by step order fulfillment process
- Organize new styles and label
- Printing labels: Generate and attach labels to packages
- General housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse area
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Ability to stand on your feet for extended periods.
- Comfortable lifting boxes of varying weights (up to 50 lbs).
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and labeling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying focused to limit shipping mistakes.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Reliable, punctual and consistent.
Compensation:
- Starting wage: $18/hr
- Potential wage increase & growth based on performance and experience.
Working Hours:
- Working hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm CST - Monday - Friday.
- Must be available for Black Friday, Cyber Monday, week prior to Christmas.
- Paid Days Off: Birthday, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day, 4th of July, Juneteenth
- Additional PTO Days after one & two years of employment
