Position Summary:
Seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of our mobile home community. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a broad range of maintenance skills, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on park infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, utility systems, and vacant lots.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls.
- Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming, and snow removal as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and community standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of general maintenance experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

- Experience working in a mobile home/RV park or similar residential setting.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
