Full Time| Work schedule coordinated with client availability and routine, training, supervision and/or administrative meetings. May require additional or alternate hours to complete the job. On-Call Requirement. Travel will be required within the state of New Mexico.
Salary: starting at $69,454.00
***Eligible for Bilingual Pay Differential (additional$3,120/yr)

Required:
- Master’s Degree in a social services field.
- Current LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, LMSW, LMHC or other license accepted by the state of New Mexico for the provision of counseling or social work.
- Current SAFE Home Study Certification or required to obtain SAFE Home Study Certification within 30 days of employment.
Preferred:
- Experience working with adoption, foster care, trauma, or maternal/child health preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
What will I do as a Adoptions Clinical Specialist with All Faiths?
Provides adoption services and trauma-informed clinical support throughout the adoption continuum. This includes counseling, assessments, court reports, pre- and post-placement services, and ongoing family support. Provides therapeutic, emotional, and practical support to individuals and families impacted by adoption, foster care, and kinship care. Attendance is an essential function of the job.
