We are currently looking for an experienced, licensed plumber. We are a unique company, and this is a unique position. About 70 percent of our work is residential service. We also have industrial and commercial service customers and take on small construction projects. We are unique in that as a service company, we are not a 24/7 on call company. Our plumbers typically work 40 to 45 hours per week. We don’t schedule evening or weekend calls. We are family owned and operated and we value your family time as well. We want you to be home in the evenings and weekends. We have found that people are more productive when they’re not overworked and are able to take part in family and other activities outside of work. We are very quality-minded and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a good balance of work and time off.
We have also found that most plumbers don’t want to be “salespeople”. They don’t want sales quotas to meet, and they don’t like having to “upsell” work that people don’t need. They just want to be plumbers. We offer our customers up front pricing, on the phone, before our plumbers get to the job. We sell the job at the office, so you are freed up to be a plumber.
This is an hourly position not commissioned based pay. For a qualified person our hourly wage range is $35 to $50 per hour plus benefits. On top of your hourly wage, we pay your health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, paid vacation, paid sick time, paid holidays, plus bonuses. We offer a matching 401K program, provide company trucks, company tools, from power tools to hand tools, all the way to tape measures, pens and pencils. We provide everything!

A licensed plumber with at least 5 years of verifiable experience, trained in more than just a couple aspects of the trade. Someone detail oriented, can operate an iPad, and have good customer service skills along with their plumbing experience.
