We are a mission-driven client development firm, and are seeking an Entry Level Nonprofit Sales Associate to help support charitable causes. Many individuals want to give back but don’t know where to start. You’ll be their guide. In this role, the Entry Level Nonprofit Sales Associate connects with our clients in person, shares stories of change, and walks them through the enrollment process with these nonprofits.
As an Entry Level Nonprofit Sales Associate, you will develop the skills to represent charitable organizations with confidence and compassion. We believe that effective work starts with authentic connection, and the Entry Level Nonprofit Sales Associate’s training focuses on building the communication, empathy, and expertise that drive success.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Nonprofit Sales Associate
- Educate our clients on how their support helps local and national charities deliver essential services that change lives.
- Deliver friendly, clear, and respectful communication that builds trust and makes supporting the charity feel approachable and rewarding.
- Highlight current charity campaigns and special giving opportunities at the right moments to create positive sales conversations.
- Support the full sales process from first conversation to completed enrollment while keeping the experience supportive and pressure-free.
Qualifications of the Entry Level Nonprofit Sales Associate
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to our office.
- Passion for nonprofits and charitable causes.
- Interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
