We are building a traveling installation crew for electric security fencing and solar tower construction. We are looking for a dependable foreman who can lead a small crew, stay organized, work hard, and help build projects safely and efficiently.
This is a full-time traveling position. Expect 100% travel.

What We Do:
- Build electric security fencing
- Install solar-powered equipment towers
- Concrete work and post setting
- Fence construction and wire installation
- General outdoor construction labor
Requirements:
- Construction background preferred
- Experience leading crews preferred
- Must know how to use power tools
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat, rain, mud, and rough conditions
- Able to work up to 10-hour days
- Must be dependable and ready to travel
- Must have reliable transportation to the crew meet-up location
- Must be able to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor daily
