Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Drawline Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating specialized machinery to accurately produce precise drawings and patterns on various materials. Your expertise will ensure that all fabrication processes meet strict quality standards and technical specifications. Responsibilities
- 1. Must be able to read a tape measure with precise accuracy
- 2. Must be able to use precision measuring devices such as micrometers and calipers
- 3. Ability to lift up to 50lbs repetitively
- 4. Must be able to operate a fork truck
- 5. Must be able to work standing/walking for an entire 8-10 hour shift
- 6. Must be able to work in an environment with temperature extremes of 55°F – 95°F
- 7. Must be mechanically inclined with strong troubleshooting skills
- 8. Must be self motivated while working with a teammate(s)
- 9. Must be familiar with basic p.c. skills; i.e. email/Outlook, Excel, and Microsoft Word
- 10. Must be detail oriented in performing precise setups via written instructions
- 11. Must be cognizant of safety in an industrial environment
- 12. Will be expected to perform basic housekeeping
- 13. Performance is evaluated based on output and quality
- 14. Will be responsible for the quality of all wire produced on respective machine
- 15. Experience with wire and wire drawing process is a plus
- 16. Must have reliable attendance and punctuality
- 17. Available to work overtime, as needed

- Work Environment: Noise levels range from low to high. Extreme temperature conditions will be incurred, potentially for the entire shift in the shop area. The shop environment has the potential for safety hazards and being dusty and dirty. The employee will encounter lengthy intervals of standing/walking on concrete floors.

Pay: $24.68 - $32.00 per hour
