The Repair Team Associate is responsible for maintaining organization, productivity, and accountability for their assigned tasks. These individuals are detail orientated and will receive on-the-job training from Bucks County Estate Traders to repair furniture. They do no need previous furniture-specific repair experience. Successful applicants may have backgrounds in auto detailing and buffing, carpentry, fabrication, artist in different medias, etc.
Some key tasks include (but not limited to):

Project could include buffing, sanding, detailing, refinishing, painting, or fabricating solutions for furniture

Ability to receive direction on projects and then work independently
