Administrative Coordinator
Job Purpose:
The purpose of the Administrative Coordinator is to maintain organized and efficient operations by managing tasks in the various departments and facilitating communication throughout the organization.
Job Duties:
- Lead instructor meetings
- Ensures student satisfaction
- Ensures completion of faculty/student orientation online
- Follow up with instructors for student matriculation
- Assist with monitoring student performance online and campus
- Student Follow up
- Secure student documentation
- Update student information
- Input student time in the Learning Management System
- Review and update Education material as needed
- Assist with FA processing
- Manage institutional statistics
- Collect and refine information based upon institutional outcomes
- Ensures completion of documentation per state requirements for Accreditation
- Other duties as assigned
Required Experience:
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Teams
Preferred Experience:
- Administrative assisting
- College/university
- Associate degree or higher
Salary range based upon education and experience:
$15 - $20 per hour
Weekly Schedule (EST): 8:00 am-5:00 pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
