Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Caribbean Sales professional to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers including homeowners as well as contractors. Responsibilities include promoting sales of building materials, and driving company growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a keen interest in Caribbean culture and building materials specific to the region. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a family business originating from the dutch island of Saba, oppurtinity to travel to the caribbean islands, and contribute to the expansion of our brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable building materials for the Caribbean market
- Promote and sell our popular items such as kitchen cabinetry & countertops, windows & doors, lumber & roofing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
- Assist in organizing promotional events and marketing campaigns to increase sales visibility
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities
- Gather customer feedback to improve service quality and product offerings
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in building material sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an enthusiastic attitude
- Passion for Caribbean culture, products, or tourism is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends or special events if needed

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
