```Duties```
- Set up and operate folding equipment to fold specifications
- Set up and operate shrink film machines and other bindery equipment
- Read and understand job jackets, work instructions, and customer specifications
- Perform basic PM and R&M. Communicate with the Department Manager on progress/problems
- Maintain competency with the tools, resources, and processes used in the daily work
- Abide by safety rules and procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment
```Experience```
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating and maintaining Vijuk and Stahl Folders, Heidelberg Stitchmaster ST300, and Polar Cutter 137 Plus.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical computations including, addition, subtraction, and multiplication of whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Self-motivated, attention to detail, and able to work well independently
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude
- Good communication skills
- Desire to help team succeed
- Value quality
To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in a manufacturing or environment. Mechanical knowledge and the ability to use power tools and hand tools effectively are essential. Experience operating a forklift is a plus.
