ABOUT BLOOM PSYCHIATRY
Bloom Psychiatry is a small, intentionally curated private pay psychiatric practice in Nashville, TN; dedicated to whole-person mental health, specializing in women. We operate with a boutique philosophy — fewer patients, deeper care, and genuine collaboration between multi-disciplinary providers.
As we expand our reach, we are looking for a passionate psychiatric nurse practitioner who shares our vision and is excited to help elevate an already thriving practice to its next chapter.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up care across the lifespan
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide integrated, wraparound mental health support
- Participate in case consultations and contribute to a culture of shared clinical excellence
- Create and contribute to social media content that reflects the practice’s expertise and values
- Engage in patient acquisition efforts that commensurate with your desired caseload growth
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in the state of Tennessee
- Valid certificate of fitness and current TN DEA license
- Clinical interest or experience in women’s mental health — including perinatal, hormonal, and lifespan issues
- Comfortable working within a collaborative, team-based practice model
- Entrepreneurial spirit with genuine enthusiasm for growing a brand and patient community
- Passionate about social media with a demonstrated desire to create engaging, educational content that builds brand awareness and connects with our community
- Motivated by quality over volume — you believe deeply in the boutique, relationship-centered model
- Telehealth experience and comfort with hybrid care delivery
COMPENSATION & STRUCTURE
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is structured on a split fee schedule, allowing you to grow your earnings in direct proportion to your caseload. Because Bloom Psychiatry is a private pay practice with no insurance billing, there is a meaningful opportunity to build a high-quality, sustainable caseload on your own terms. We are open to discussing split arrangements that reflect your goals and desired level of engagement.
