We have not had to lay anyone off in the past 24 years. We work throughout all seasons (spring, summer, fall and winter), and we are currently booked out well into 2027 with work.
Applicant Requirements:
- High School diploma or Equivalent
- 2+ years experience (preferred)
- Ability to use tools and equipment common to the construction trade
- Knowledge of safety procedures
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 70 lbs without assistance
- Ability to follow instructions and carry out assignments with minimal supervision
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Pay based on experience
