Pasco Day Spa & Wellness is looking for a talented and passionate Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing wellness team as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
We are seeking someone who not only provides exceptional massage services but also brings a positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-first mindset to our spa environment. Our goal is to create an outstanding experience for every client, and we believe that starts with a supportive and collaborative team.
Qualifications:
- Active Massage Therapy License in good standing
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive, friendly, and professional demeanor
- Dependable, motivated, and able to work independently
- Strong commitment to client care and wellness
- Team player who enjoys contributing to a positive workplace culture
- Experience with Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, or specialty massage modalities preferred
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality massage therapy services tailored to client needs
- Create a welcoming, relaxing, and professional experience for every guest
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and prepared for services
- Work collaboratively with spa staff to ensure exceptional client satisfaction
- Promote wellness and educate clients on treatment benefits and self-care
