Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes to ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
- Support the tracking of project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines using tools like Microsoft Office.
- Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining project records with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors via phone, email, and multi-line phone systems to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports, proofread documents for clarity and accuracy, and ensure all project documentation is complete and organized.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally at the front desk or via phone etiquette.
Experience
- Previous office management or administrative experience is preferred, especially in fast-paced environments requiring multitasking. This position is also open to an entry level person
- Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience can be advantageous for supporting budget tracking or invoicing processes.
- Strong organizational skills combined with excellent time management are crucial for success in this role.
- Prior experience in construction is a plus but not necessary.
Pay: From $62,000.00 per year
